THE LAST FIVE YEARS
Written by Jason Robert Brown
Directed by Nathan Singh
Musical Direction and Piano by Erik Przytulski
Starring Nicole Weber & Adam Kalma
Probably one of my favorite new musicals of all, The Last Five Years is an intimate, two-person musical that tells the compelling story of Jamie, a nice Jewish boy, and Kathleen, a good Irish-Catholic girl, who fall in love, get married, and fall apart over the course of five years. The story is told from two points of view: Jamie from the beginning to end of the relationship - Kathleen from the end to the beginning.
This one-night-only fundraiser performance is followed by a Q&A with the cast and directors and a champagne reception. Order your tickets today!

A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY
TO THE FORUM
Directed by Stephen Reifenstein
Choreography by Edward Bangasser
Musical Direction by Erik Przytulski
Pantaloons and tunics, courtesans and eunuchs, funerals and chases, baritones and basses, panderers, philanderers, cupidity, timidity, mistakes, fakes, rhymes, mimes, tumblers, grumblers, fumblers, bumblers -and that's just the opening number!
Forum is a bawdy, fast-paced comedy featuring one of the best casts I've had the opportunity to work with in musical theater. Whether you know the show or not, you should definitely come down and check it out!

A SONG FOR CHRISTMAS
A new musical by Erik Przytulski
What had started as a simple Christmas gift of a song to friends and family eventually became an annual concert. Now, after 12 years since my first holiday composition and 6 live performances, "A Song For Christmas" takes my anthology of original Christmas songs and threads them together into a fully staged musical.
The story follows a man from childhood to adulthood and how the music of the season has shaped and influenced his life. It's a show for the whole family, boy and girl, young and old... for everyone of any faith or background! The music is unique, upbeat, and will have you up and dancing in the aisles!
More updates to come... as well as a new website: http://www.asongforchristmas.com. See you there this Christmas! |
